Return Policy

On All Items we sell: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell, and will refund your purchase price, with the following exceptions:

  • Electronics: (CND) will accept returns within 30 days from the date of Purchase for Televisions, Tuner-Free Displays, Projectors, Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Smart Watches, Cameras, Aerial Cameras (drones), Camcorders, MP3 players and Phones and similar type items. (return details will vary by carrier service contract).
  • Software: CND will not accept any open box of any type of Software.
  • Networking Equipment: CND will only accept returns within 20 days of purchase. This could include nut not limited to Switches, Routers, and other Networking Equipment
  • End of Life (EOL), items will be sold on the website as is. EOL items are New Unopen items that might have been replaced by the Manufactory without notice. No Returns on any items that are sold as EOL. Each of these items will have still have their Manufactory warranty.
  • Open items or Demo Products are sold as is, but will have full Manufactory warranty.
  • Products with a limited useful life expectancy, such as batteries, may be sold with a product-specific limited warranty.
  • Special Order items: Custom product(s) manufactured to Customers need and unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, except for warranty repair/replacement due to failure to meet specifications.

How to Return an Item

Products purchased through our website can be request a RMA by sending an email to or by calling 817-510-6455.

If sending an email, please include your full name, date of order, reason for return and item part number.

Some items will have a restocking fee of 15%.

There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or if the purchase and the return both occur within 15 days and where prohibited by law. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If you paid more than $600 in cash or more than $200 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please email and/or call CND right away.  Do not send any items back without a RMA. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
